Select a Java midlet

 

The first step is to select a Java midlet file.  The Wizard will present a screen like this...

 

 

Java midlets should have two files,  a .jad file and a .jar file.   These files should have the same prefix,  for example test.jad and test.jar.

 

Click on the 'Check here to select a 'JAD' Java file to select your Java midlet.

 

Details of the file will then be displayed.  If you are happy with your selected,  click the 'Continue to next step' button.

 

You will be asked to confirm the Java midlet is free of copyright,  and then be asked to start the direct wap server.
 

The transfer process is then the same as for ringtones or pictures,  using the direct wap server.

 

In this release Java midlet transfer using the intermediate server is not possible,  please check our website for updates as future versions may support this functionality.
