The 'File' menu, like most in the Polyphonic Wizard, is fairly self explanatory.
Start the Polyphonic Wizard
Selecting this option will restart the Polyphonic Wizard, taking you back to the initial screen that allows you to select a ringtone or picture to add to your phone.
Add a Polyphonic ringtone
Selecting this option will allow you to skip the initial ringtone or picture screen, and will prompt you to select a midi file to add to your phone, then take you through the usual steps to complete the addition.
Add a 'Real Music' ringtone
Selecting this option will allow you to skip the initial ringtone or picture screen, and will prompt you to select a real music file (eg an mp3 or wave file) to add to your phone, then take you through the usual steps to complete the addition.
Add a picture
Selecting this option will allow you to skip the initial ringtone or picture screen, and will prompt you to enter your make of mobile phone, then take you through the usual steps to complete the addition.
Add a Java applet
Selecting this option will allow you to skip the initial ringtone or picture screen, and will prompt you to select the Java applet you would like to transfer to your phone.
Exit
Selecting exit will close the Polyphonic Wizard.
