| Polyphonic Wizard Full Activation Key
If you have recently purchased a license for the full version of the Polyphonic Wizard or need a replacement key for the latest version of the software, please use the simple
step by step instructions shown below to create an unlock key for your system.
Please note, this procedure will only send product keys to registered users who have purchased the full version of the Polyphonic Wizard. If you need to re-enter a 30 day unlock key please refer to your original issue email. All requests are logged (including those made by unauthorized users).

Microsoft Windows Users
1. Download and Install the latest version of the Polyphonic Wizard
You can download the latest version of the converter from the member download area at http://www.polyphonicwizard.com/download.html
2. Start the Polyphonic Wizazrd software by clicking on
the icon on your desktop.
You should be presented with a screen that looks like this:
Click on the 'Enter Key' button in the above window.
3. Copy the 'Hardware fingerprint'.
After clicking the 'Enter Key' button, you should see the following window:
Swipe (highlight) the code following the 'Hardware fingerprint:' text from the Polyphonic Wizard, then press the
right mouse button and select 'Copy' from the pop up list.
In our example the hardware fingerprint is 'YOUR-CODE' - all in upper case. In your copy of the Polyphonic Wizard, your hardware fingerprint will be 4 letters
or numbers, followed by a dash (-), then another 4 letters or numbers. It is important use use copy and paste as the hardware fingerprint is case specific.
4. Create your unlock code
Now, simply paste your 'Hardware fingerprint' into the box below along with the email address you used for your order
and our server will email an unlock name and key to you so you can enter these into the Polyphonic Wizard.

Please note, once you have requested an unlock code from our server you are making the sale 'final' and we are unable to issue refunds after a code has been issued.
We recommend you use the trial version of the Polyphonic Wizard to ensure it is compatible with your phone and pc before requesting an unlock code.
Please allow a few minutes for your key to arrive by email.
Important note for Register Now / Digital River customers :
If you have just purchased a license using Register Now or Digital River and the key issue system does not recognize your email address,
please wait 15 minutes then try again. Occasionally there appears to be a short delay between the order, and Register Now sending us confirmation. |
