Supported Phones
The Polyphonic Wizard works with almost
all current polyphonic phones.
The table below shows the current set
of tested mobile cell phone manufacturers and their compatibility with
the software for both polyphonic ringtones and pictures.
If you have a
polyphonic phone that is not listed, download the free trial
version and select 'Other' for your phone type.
The Polyphonic Wizard
is 'smart software' and can usually detect the correct ringtone format
for phones from other manufacturers during the ringtone transfer step,
so it will probably support your phone even if it is not listed!

Support notes
* If your make of
phone is listed as model dependant, this means some phones from
your manufacturer support the facility, whereas others do not.
We recommend you download the free trial to see how the software works
with your phone.
** At the time of
writing Sendo phones only accept ringtones (Sendo M550 polyphonic).
We tested this phone
on the Virgin UK network, and at the time it did not support
image transfer from the Polyphonic Wizard, but did accept
polyphonic ringtones. Please download the trial and refer to the
help file for more information and to try the software with your
phone.
*** For the Sanyo PM-8200 cell
phone, select 'Other' for the manufacturer, then choose
'midi type 0' for the ringtone file format.
**** The Kyocera Slider SE47 and
Slider V5 were added in version 3.2 of the software. Older
'monophonic' phones should use the Ringtone Converter software for
Kyocera ringtones. Other handsets from Kyocera should work but
have not been tested yet. If you have a different Kyocera
model, you can download a free trial version to see if the
software works with your phone here.
### Where a model is
listed as untested we have included it as we have had reports from
customers that it does work with the software when you select 'Other'
as the phone type, but where, at the time of writing, we
have been unable to test the phone at the Coding Workshop.
Please download the free trial to see if the software works with your
phone, and select 'Other' as the phone type.
